Flotilla 24-6 General Information

<Material before this not copied into this announcement> This will push the user account roll-out schedule for the remaining production accounts from the week of May 18th to the week of May 25th and will help the Coast Guard/Auxiliary/Acumen team better manage the deployment efforts

ALAUX 010/20 announced the rollout of AUXDATA II accounts to DIRAUX users the week of April 20 and the planned rollout of accounts to Order Issuing Authorities (OIAs) and Auxiliary users (Auxiliary District Information Services officers and Help Desk / Service Request Team) the week of April 27.  

This message announces the plan for rollout of all accounts to Auxiliarists over the next few weeks and provides additional information in support of the rollout.  

Planned Schedule

Late week of 27 April:  

District Information Services (IS) Officers (DSO-IS and ADSO-IS)AUXDATA II Help Desk / Service Request TeamAuxiliarists who assist DIRAUX offices

 Week of 4 May:

 Auxiliarists who assist DIRAUX offices (continuation from previous week)Facility Owners and Operators (e.g., Coxswains, Pilots and TCOs who perform patrol missions as LEAD)Information Services Officers with both Read/Write access and Activity Log Approval Authority, carried over from the old AUXDATA system

 Week of 11 May:

 All qualified mission LEADs and Non-LEADs (e.g, crew, VEs, PVs)All Information Services OfficersDirector and Deputy Director, Performance Measurement Directorate

 Week of 18 May:  

 All members

 

Account Activation:  When your account is ready to be activated, an
email will be sent to your primary email address in AUXDATA II from “USCG
Auxiliary Members Community auxdataii_accounts@cgauxnet.us”
with the subject “Your new USCG Auxiliary Members Community
password”.   Click on the link in the message and follow the
instructions for activating your account in the new system.  Additional
information is available in the “Account Activation” overview on the National
website AUXDATA II page.  If by the end of the planned week for rollout of
your account, you have not yet received an email, and you have checked your
spam or junk folder, contact Auxdata@acumensolutions.com.

12 March 2020. Per District Direct email of 12 March 2020:

Based on the Memorandum guidance from DIRAUX dated 11 March 2020, Commodore Stroup wanted you to know that starting now, all in-person meetings and training are suspended until further notice. 

That means there will be no more in-person Flotilla meetings, no more in-person
Division meetings and no PE classes.  This also means that no in-person training will occur as
well.  This is in addition to larger group activity being canceled and suspended as well.
Per the memorandum, if your unit’s standing rules permit it, you may conduct
meetings and even vote on Flotilla and Division business.
The spring DTrain in Columbus Ohio is canceled and the hotel has canceled your
reservation.  If you have any questions about that or do not have
confirmation of the hotel canceling your room, please call the hotel and take
care of it so you will not get charged.

as informed as I am, here are a few notes from our NEXCOM call last night.
1.  Please pass on to your teams, to the
Deckplate:  Due to the present political climate in our Nation, we are not
to represent ourselves as Auxiliarists (in or out of uniform) during any
political function whether it be a social function or rally.  Nor do we
endorse ANY political figure as an Auxiliarist.
